Our main company headquarters is located at Rhindi Lane Street in Moshi – Kilimanjaro, with a branch operation office in Dar- es- Salaam and a hub in Zanzibar.

We specialize and offer customized tailor-made safari tours to all Tanzania national parks and game reserves, guiding climbers safely to Mt. Kilimanjaro, arranging and conducting active and leisure expedition tour events including cycling, marathon, charity walks, recycling tours, mountain trekking expeditions, and beach excursion holidays in Zanzibar Island.

Our bonding and commitment are based on providing ground handling services, where your SAFETY and SECURITY are our first priority, we take care of you from the first day of your arrival at the airport until the last day of your final departure. We’ll show you the world’s best wildlife, help you climb the roof of Africa’s “Kilimanjaro” and take you to Zanzibar’s perfect beaches.

AMREF Flying Doctors provides air evacuation services in medical emergencies across East Africa, as well as air ambulance transfers between medical facilities. We provide air ambulance services and operate across many East African countries including Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania. AMREF Flying Doctors operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

You are covered with us from the moment you land, until the time you depart back to your home country. While on safari, on top of the roof of Africa Kilimanjaro, in Zanzibar, or any other remote place we take you for that matter.

To ensure this is valid on your trip, you need to provide us with your travel insurance company and policy number. This is done on our “Traveller Details” form that you receive in your confirmation email from us.

Our fleet of safari vehicles has been specifically designed to handle the rigors of a true African safari while still affording you the top maximum possible comfort on Africa’s dusty and often bumpy roads.

All of our safari vehicles are equipped with comfortable seats, adjustable safety belts, 4×4 drive for handling rough terrain, a first aid kit, an SW or HF radio, sliding windows, and plenty of storage space so you can bring all of your luggage along for the ride, however, duffle or soft bags are highly recommended.

In addition and most importantly to every passenger having their window seat, the vehicle’s pop-top roof allows for a 360-degree game viewing on the move.

Each safari vehicle is also equipped with multiple electrical outlets so you can charge your electronic gadgets while on the move.

Our safari vehicles go through regular maintenance checks that include oil checks, fluid checks, electronics checking, new tires (are strictly changed after every life-span in Kilometres / Miles being recommended by the Tyre producers/ companies), and any additional maintenance necessitated by Africa’s often unforgiving roads.

It may surprise some people that the secret to a great safari lies not in your specific itinerary, selected accommodations, or season of travel. On the contrary, the key to success lies in the professionalism, skills, passion, hard work, and competency of your then-driver guide without forgetting the absolute comfort of the then-designated Safari vehicle.
